I’m a Virtual Executive Administrative Assistant working from my home-based business in Tasmania, Australia. I am an avid animal lover! We live on an acreage with our dogs (see below), cat, alpacas, chickens and even platypus in our dam! The best of both worlds!

I specialise in assisting small businesses with undertaking their administration tasks remotely.

What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a highly skilled, independent professional contractor or freelance worker who provides administrative business support services. This work can be completed from a home office, or basically anywhere they would like to be. A Virtual Assistant is generally a sole trader with an ABN and can choose the hours they wish to work.

I specialise assisting small businesses. This includes but not limited to personal assistant, email management, email marketing, calendar management, booking appointments, file management, data entry, website enquiries, social media updates, updating policies and procedures, quotes, invoices, virtual reception and so much more.


For more than 25 years I’ve worked with employers, employees and clients in many administration roles. My strengths are my organisational skills, confidentiality, reliability, initiative, outgoing friendly nature, and excellent customer service skills. I enjoy a challenge and work professionally to the highest level efficiently and effectively assisting you to meet those all-important deadlines.

I’ve worked most of my life as an employee and now as a business owner, I can undertake a new challenge bringing with me my knowledge, expertise, and experience to meet your goals and expectations.

My core hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am– 6:00 pm. Anything outside of these hours can be negotiated, but I am usually flexible with my time to accommodate your needs. I have a VOIP system set up for virtual reception which enables me to take calls on your behalf, take messages and schedule bookings for a period of time or designated days – entirely up to you! I have customised admin package deals available for offers of ongoing employment, however, I have the flexibility to undertake once- off jobs!

Does a confidentiality service agreement need to be signed?

Yes, there is a sub-contract service agreement, protecting and benefiting all parties involved.

What are the payment terms and options?

Invoices are emailed weekly. We have a 7 day payment term and normally a reminder will be emailed after 7 days of payment not being received. Alternatively, other arrangements can be made if required. Payments are made by Direct Deposit into TMA Virtual Solutions bank account.
